As part of their Catering and Hospitality studies at Lincoln College, students are responsible for everything in our restaurant, from the preparation and service of meals to the front-of-house operations. By working in this real commercial environment, students gain a valuable insight into the busy and prosperous hospitality industry.
All of our food is locally-sourced and we only use the highest-quality ingredients in our dishes.
Our menu changes regularly, this allows you to treat yourself to something new and gives our students the chance to learn a wide variety of skills and techniques.
